As a coach, I bring my passion for fitness and wellness to every class, with a carefully designed programs tailored to women. Each session is crafted to meet your unique needs and goals, ensuring you leave feeling stronger and more confident.

FitHer (semi-private coaching)

FitHer is all about empowering women through smart, effective, and supportive training that is flexible to fit your life.

Join a semi-private session where you can arrive at a time that works best for you during open hours. Each session is capped in order for you to get plenty of personal attention and guidance.

​

You will follow a pre-programmed workout that includes strength training, functional movements, and energizing cardio. The workouts are constantly varied, so it’s never the same session twice. 

​

  • Only have 30 minutes? No problem. We'll pick the most effective section of the workout so you can still make real progress in less time.

  • Have 60 minutes? Amazing. You can move through the full training flow for a more complete session.

​

If you are just starting your fitness journey or if you have been at it for years, FitHer is designed to help you build strength, boost confidence, and feel like the powerful woman you are.

This isn’t bootcamp. This isn’t big-box fitness. This is FitHer, where strength meets confidence, and every woman learns she’s capable of more than she imagined..

Cardioboxing

Step into a class that’s all about feeling strong, confident, and capable.  The Cardio Boxing sessions combine simple boxing movements with energizing intervals to build strength, coordination, and endurance, no experience needed.  I’ll teach you proper form and technique while keeping the atmosphere fun and supportive.

 

Expect to burn calories, boost your mood, and leave each class feeling strong and empowered.​​​
