FitHer

Finally, a training program as flexible as your life. FitHer is a semi-private training experience designed to empower women through smart, effective workouts in a supportive environment. We’ve removed the barriers of "big-box" gyms and rigid class schedules to give you a fitness home that actually works for you.

BoxHer

Step into a space designed for more than just a workout. BoxHer is about feeling strong, confident, and completely capable. We combine simple, effective boxing movements with targeted strength and conditioning to build a body that’s as resilient as your spirit.

 

In this class, we prioritize your growth by focusing on technique first. Even if you have zero experience, I will guide you through the proper form and footwork so you can move with precision and power. As the session unfolds, you’ll dive into a mix of boxing and functional conditioning that builds endurance and muscle while torching calories.

 

You can expect to leave the stress of the day behind and walk out with the "BoxHer High", feeling empowered, energized, and ready for anything.

ForgeHer

ForgeHer is 1812’s signature barbell-focused training class, specifically designed for women who want to master the lift and discover what they’re truly capable of. We’ve created a supportive, ego-free environment where you can build a body that is as capable as it is confident. Whether you want to boost your metabolism or build functional resilience, this is where you find your superpower.

Is this for me? Absolutely. This class is for every body and every fitness level. Whether you have never touched a barbell or you’re an experienced lifter looking to level up, we provide personalized instruction and scaling options for every movement. You’ll start exactly where you are and grow at your own pace, ensuring a safe, challenging, and effective workout every time.

SupHer Saturday

Own your morning. Redefine your limits. Stop hitting snooze and start hitting goals. 

 

SupHer Saturday is 1812's high-intensity session designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and mindset in one powerhouse hour. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your journey, this class is programmed to meet you where you are and push you to the next level.

The best part? You don’t need a membership to find your power. We love welcoming new faces, so grab a friend, drop in, and start your weekend with a sweat that leaves you feeling unstoppable.
