BoxHer
Step into a space designed for more than just a workout. BoxHer is about feeling strong, confident, and completely capable. We combine simple, effective boxing movements with targeted strength and conditioning to build a body that’s as resilient as your spirit.
In this class, we prioritize your growth by focusing on technique first. Even if you have zero experience, I will guide you through the proper form and footwork so you can move with precision and power. As the session unfolds, you’ll dive into a mix of boxing and functional conditioning that builds endurance and muscle while torching calories.
You can expect to leave the stress of the day behind and walk out with the "BoxHer High", feeling empowered, energized, and ready for anything.

LiftHer
LiftHer is 1812’s signature barbell-focused training class, specifically designed for women who want to master the lift and discover what they’re truly capable of. We’ve created a supportive, ego-free environment where you can build a body that is as capable as it is confident. Whether you want to boost your metabolism or build functional resilience, this is where you find your superpower.

ConnectHer: Beyond the Gym
I believe that health is about more than just what we do in the gym, it’s about the community we build and the way we support one another. Four times a month, I open our doors for HealthyHer and Girls Night Out. These events are dedicated to wellness, laughter, and genuine connection. Every woman deserves a space to learn and unwind. Girls Night Out
Every other Friday, I’m opening 1812 for a unique event designed to help you release the week’s stress and kick off your weekend with a clear head and a high-vibe community.

We kick off the night with a workout designed for every fitness level. Under mood lighting, I will lead you through movements to physically "shake off" the work week. It’s about moving to feel good, clearing the mental fog, and leaving the stress on the gym floor.

One the sweat ends, you will transition into a post-workout social hour. Enjoy a refreshing mocktail while you catch up with friends and meet new women in the community. It’s all the flavour and fun of a night out, with none of the Saturday morning hangover.

It’s the perfect time to catch up with friends, meet new women in the community, and enjoy the "afterglow" of a great workout in a lounge-style atmosphere.

HealthyHer Series
Start your weekend with intention. Sweat, eat, and learn all in one morning.
The HealhtyHerSeries is a bi-monthly event at 1812 built around three simple goals: getting a great workout, enjoying a healthy snack, and walking away with practical nutrition advice you can actually use.
The morning begins with a coached workout focused on functional movements that are accessible to everyone, from experienced athletes to first-timers. Once the work is done, we transition into a social nourishment window where I provide a fresh, healthy snack to help you refuel. While you eat and connect with the community, I will host a short nutrition talk designed to give you simple, actionable tips that help you make better food choices throughout the week.
