Functional Fitness (CrossFit) Prep Course
Are you aware of all the benefits that Functional Fitness has to offer but you are afraid or unsure about lifting weights? Are you wondering how to perform all of the other movements that are included in a typical Functional Fitness class? Then this 4 week program is for you!
Over the course of the 4 week period you will learn the basics of Power Lifting and Olympic Weightlifting as well as how to execute typical Functional Movements. At the end of every session you will be doing a Metcon style workout.

Cardioboxing
Strength and Conditioning + Cardioboxing is an excellent workout that will make your cardio minutes fly by. It will get your heart rate into the fat-burning zone quickly.
During your 60 minute session, you will be throwing punches as well as go through a creative body weight and weight training workout.
