About Me
Hello, let me introduce myself. I am a full time elementary teacher with a passion for movement and helping others grow.
My fitness journey began over 15 years ago when I stepped into a cardio boxing class and instantly fell in love. After a while I was looking to add something else to my fitness routine, and I soon decided to try CrossFit and fell in love all over again. That passion for fitness and living a healthier lifestyle led me beyond the classroom and into coaching.
Over the years, I’ve also challenged myself by competing in a few CrossFit competitions. Those experiences pushed me outside my comfort zone and deepened my love for strength and community.
