
SummHER Series
The SummHER Challenge Series is a 12-week wellness experience designed for busy women who want structure, support, and results — without gym memberships, fad diets, or perfection pressure. Whether you're a mom, a working professional, or just ready to feel better in your body, this is your summer to thrive.
How it works:

The series is broken down into four 3-week mini challenges, each with a focused fitness goal and a small, sustainable nutrition habit. You can join one challenge at a time ($25 each) or commit to the full summer series for $80 total.
Each Challenge includes:

Team competition! Participants are assigned to one of two teams. Earn points by completing habits and help your team win prizes.
The 4 SummHER challenges

Challenge 1: Step Into Summer
Focus: walking + daily water goal
Dates: June 3 – June 23
Challenge 2: Core & Clean Snacks
Focus: core training + swap 1 snack a day for a whole-food option
Dates: June 24 – July 14
Challenge 3: Get Strong with Protein
Focus: full body strength training (with/without weights) + eat protein at every meal
Dates: July 15 – August 4
Challenge 4: Cardio & Colourful Plates
Focus: cardio workouts + add a veggie to every meal
Dates: August 5 – August 25
Team Challenge Details:

All participants are placed into one of two teams. Earn points for your team by completing daily goals, sharing your progress, and showing up for yourself. The team with the most points at the end of each 3-week block wins a prize (and bragging rights!).
