21 Day at Home Movement Challenge

The aim of the 21 Day At Home Movement Challenge is to encourage and empower you, to move more.
By participating in the 21 Day At Home Movement Challenge, individuals will be taking part in “movement breaks”. Each movement break will take between 10-20 minutes to complete.
The structure and exercises chosen in the 21 Day At Home Movement Challenge have been selected to help you form a new habit. If you already workout on a regular basis it is a great way to get that little extra workout into your daily routine.

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Online Healthy U Challenge

The Online Healthy U Challenge is a 6 week challenge designed to help you develop a healthier lifestyle.
​
The first week of the challenge you will be fed with information in order to get you on the right track for the next 5 weeks.
Fitness: Each week, you will be provided with 3 at home workouts to be completed on your own time. Your fitness level does not matter due to the fact that each workout is tailored to your fitness level.
Nutrition: You will learn how to make changes to your current eating habits in order for you to be able to sustain healthy eating habits even after the challenge is done.
In-Person Healthy U Challenge

The In-Person Healthy U Challenge is a 6 week challenge designed to help you develop a healthier lifestyle.

The first week of the challenge you will be fed with information in order to get you on the right track for the next 5 weeks.
Fitness: Each week you will be attending 2 in-person bootcamp classes and 2 at home workout. Your fitness level does not matter due to the fact that each workout is tailored to your fitness level.
Nutrition: You will learn how to make changes to your current eating habits in order for you to be able to sustain healthy eating habits even after the challenge is done.

Online Fitness Challenge

The Online Fitness challenge is a 6 week challenge designed to help you be more physically active.
Each week, you will be provided with 3 at home workouts to be completed on your own time and 1 online bootcamp class.
Your fitness level does not matter due to the fact that each workout is tailored to your fitness level.
In-Person Fitness challenge

The In-Person Fitness challenge is a 6 week challenge designed to help you be more physically active.
Each week you will be provided with 2 in person bootcamp classes and 2 at home workouts.

Online Nutrition Challenge

The Online Nutrition Challenge is a 6 week challenge designed to help you develop healthier eating habits.
You will learn how to make changes to your current eating habits in order for you to be able to sustain healthy eating habits even after the challenge is done.

Once a week you will attend a zoom session in order to learn healthy eating tips. During this class session you will also be given your weekly challenge.
